But in my career I've found that the ones who truly stand out and last the longest aren't the ones with the sharpest techniques. They're the ones who genuinely care about the person in front of them and refuse to compromise that no matter what. We didn’t feel pressured, had all our questions answered and got a great trade-in evaluation for our car, even though we disclosed that the AC was out. Aubrianna was extremely helpful and made the whole experience fun and easy. We will definitely buy cars here in the future!

Had a 10:30 appointment for simple oil change and tire rotation which took over 2 hours. Had to ask for status 3 times at about 1.5 hours and was told they were wrapping up paperwork. After the third time, finally told us they were done with paperwork. Maintenance people never gave a single update unless we asked. We were never directed to the waiting area. Just not the experience expected at Kia based on servicing our third Kia.

Speedy process, Damian and Derrick are very friendly and professional, and were able to get us into the vehicle we wanted at a great rate. A better dealership experience!!
