I went to Fiesta for routine maintenance with an out of state extended service plan. They were able to honor the plan up front vs having us submit a voucher for reimbursement. Dante went over and above by contacting the service plan when it didn't show up in their system. He even recommending a hitch lock for our bike rack. He was courteous, and explained all incidental costs up front. What a warm welcome to Albuquerque

Reuben was awesome, and went above and beyond for me! The service crew did a great job and was surprisingly quick as well. I know nobody ever wants to take their vehicle in to get worked on, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Five stars all around

Honest experience after buying my car and having 12k miles on it already first off all the buying experience was smooth and easy shout out to Adriana for helping me with the car purchase we communicated through phone and the price they gave me was the price i paid for no add ons or anything and the whole thing took less than an hour in the dealership then i went home in a brand new 2026 outback so this is the buying side of things now for service i can not recommend them enough (Jay the one worked on my car)have handled everything i threw at them with extra care and were very professional about it one time i had to do something in the bank while the car was getting serviced they requested an uber for me to the bank and back. Absolutely 10/10 experience from purchasing to servicing the car and i would totally recommend them.

We had a great experience here! Car lots are typically pushy, uneducated, and inefficient. I didn't feel this way at all with Fiesta Kia. The salesman, Tristan, knew the cars inside and out. He had great communication on and off the lot. Once we had decided on a car he made sure we understood all the features before taking it home. Tristan honestly made the experience. The Kia cars are so nice, don't overlook them! Thanks Fiesta Team!
